Scottish Highlands - Watching the sunset sky on Elgol

in photofeed •  2 months ago

Hi Friends!

In this post I will show You the bigger gallery from sunset I shoot on Elgol beach.

Elgol is a small village on western coast of Isle of Skye - northern, biggest scottish island by its western coast. Shoreline is really beautiful - full of colorful stones, interesting rock formations and sandstone cliffs.

All of these You can see on the shots. There is also small harbor, village itself is very small and quite far to reach, but it is a perfect location for watching the setting sun.

On one side we have view on Cuillin mountains from southern side, in front - open horizon over sea bay and Atlantic Ocean.

Many great motives for the foreground there, it is quite popular location so expect more photographers during sunset time, but the shore itself is long enough to find Your own spot for shooting.

In the gallery below - pack of shots showing example compositions, changing conditions and beautiful area of that evening.

Have a great day and beginning of a week!
